In 2006, Taleya was “Rookie of the Year.” In 2008, 2010, 2011, & 2012: She was the Top Listing Agent in the office. In 2009, 2011, & 2013: She was the Top Sales Agent. In 2014, 2015, & 2016; Taleya Kelly & Associates was the Top Team!! In 2012-2016; Taleya was honored by Hour Magazine as one of their “Real Estate All-Stars.” This prestigious recognition is only for the real estate agents in the top 5% in the local industry.

**In 2015, Taleya earned her Associate Broker license, the Senior Real Estate Specialist certification and became a Certified Senior Adviser. Taleya loves working with Seniors and competently councils her Senior clients regarding their real estate & life goals, and advocates on their behalf.

**In 2016 Taleya became Certified in Real Estate Negotiation. She has been a member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council for 9 years. She is also a member of the Womens Council of Realtors. She was the City of Roseville’s official Listing Agent for their fully-renovated, Neighborhood Stabilization Project homes. Both of Taleya’s Bachelor’s degrees provide her with a knowledge base that substantially helps her market her properties and negotiate for her clients.

**In 2014, Taleya added a full time Buyer’s Specialist named Danielle Therrian to her team. Danielle is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and has her Military Relocation Specialist certification. She is Certified in Real Estate Negotiation.

**In 2016, Taleya hired Jamie Buccellato to her Team as a licensed Showing Assistant. This is to ensure that no matter what; the Team buyers will not miss the opportunity to see homes when it is convenient for them!!

**In 2015, Taleya hired a full time Transaction Coordinator, Nicole Scott. Taleya also hired Abby Wieczorkowski, in 2016, as her Listings and Marketing Manager. They’re both highly skilled and love people.

This well-rounded team’s main areas of expertise are in working with: Residential Sellers, Seniors, Military Relocation, 1st Time Homebuyers, Veterans, New Construction, and Waterfront.


Taleya grew up in Harrison Township with parents who passed on to her their love of the water and boating. She has a spoiled Chihuahua named Rocky that she rescued. He doesn’t complain when she works long hours to over-deliver for her clients.

She graduated from Central Michigan University, in 1999, with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication, and, Broadcast and Cinematic Arts; with a minor in Marketing. She was Vice President of her sorority, Delta Zeta. She also studied Art History abroad; at Thames Valley University in London, England. After which; she spent 3 months backpacking through Europe. She explored 22 countries by herself, meeting new friends wherever she went. This experience taught her to appreciate and respect other cultures.

After college: she worked in the Corporate Communications department at the corporate headquarters for Hungry Howies pizza, as well as 97.1 FM as an Account Executive.

She started to research careers in which she could utilize her skills, and really make a difference in people’s lives: now she LOVES being a Realtor. She enjoys the real estate process on both the buyer and seller ends. Most importantly, she receives great satisfaction from following through for her clients!!
